Your impact

  • Assess and fix security vulnerabilities for AWS, API security, mobile app RASP (iOS, Android), git repository governance, branch protection, code reviews, and dependency management
  • Coordinate and participate in complex threat hunting and incident response processes through multiple interconnected systems
  • Audit and optimize CI/CD workflows for performance and security. Use GitOps (Helm, Flux, Argo) flows to secure production workloads and containerize our security tooling
  • Design, assess and improve Identity & Access Management, KMS, CloudHSM. Design detection and improved securing of Linux cloud-native workloads (Kubernetes / Serverless)
  • Implement security controls within each phase of the software development lifecycle, balancing between developer experience and security quality gates

Throughout these two days, we unite in a virtual setting to strategise and lay down the groundwork for our quarterly plans, empowering us to launch into the new quarter with precision and determination.

AWS, Kubernetes, Flux, Helm, Linux, Python, shell scripting, Terraform, GitOps, Okta, Docker, Kotlin, Java, MongoDB, OWASP Mobile & Application Security Standards, Git, Github Actions

To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Cloud or Application Security, SRE or DevOps teams, Software Engineering, Linux Systems Engineering, or Blue/Red Teaming
  • Demonstrated experience designing scalable security solutions & automation using Terraform, and one of: Python, Golang, or Javascript
  • Prior experience working with AWS and optimizing CI/CD technologies and applied knowledge of GitOps concepts
  • Strong sense of initiative and collaboration, you take ownership of complex problems and see them through to completion
  • Experience in the payment or financial services industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and another European language
  • Thrive in a fully remote, multicultural environment

About the team

You'll be part of a Pan-European Product and Engineering team that operates in an Agile environment. You'll work closely — but fully remotely — with experts in Web Dev, Mobile Dev, Backend Dev, QA and DevOps from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and other European locations.
