Zadania:

  • Wspieranie i rozwijanie programów jednokrotnego logowania (Single Sign-On, SSO) oraz uwierzytelnianiawieloskładnikowego (Multi-Factor Authentication) w regionie EMEA
  • Biegłość w integracji rozwiązań IAM z różnorodnymi aplikacjami, usługami i platformami, wykorzystując API, konektory i protokoły federacji tożsamości
  • Zarządzanie codziennymi operacjami związanymi z zarządzaniem tożsamością i dostępem (IAM) w całej organizacji, w tym nadzór nad dostępem uprzywilejowanym
  • Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych i biznesowych, w tym analiza przyczyn źródłowych
  • Ścisła współpraca z innymi członkami zespołu bezpieczeństwa informacji oraz zespołami architektury, infrastruktury, inżynierii i aplikacji w MetLife w celu podnoszenia dojrzałości IAM
  • Efektywna współpraca w globalnych zespołach obejmujących różne strefy czasowe
  • Koordynacja zmian systemowych, takich jak aktualizacje sygnatur, łatki i aktualizacje

Wymagania:

  • Znajomość narzędzi i technologii związanych z IAM
  • Doświadczenie w integracji rozwiązań IAM z aplikacjami, usługami i platformami
  • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów technicznych i analizy przyczyn źródłowych
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy w międzynarodowych zespołach
  • Zdolność do koordynacji zmian systemowych i zarządzania aktualizacjami
  • Język angielski na poziomie zaawansowanym (min. B2)
