We are looking for Business Finance Senior Analyst – Compliance.

Location & commitments:

  • Full-time job
  • Open-ended contract after 3 months probation period
  • Hybrid job model (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street)
  • Your manager: Paweł Kołodziej

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key interface between Territory Accounting Operations (GFS), France Accounting Services (FAS) and the Global Functions Finance Team
  • Support process change / process compliance related to Territory accounting/finance process
  • Hold Territory teams accountable for the scope and processes they operate
  • Be the single point of contact for Global Functions Finance
  • Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly financial accounting activities with the shared service team
  • Lead the quarterly balance sheet review with key stakeholders and finance business partners
  • Prepare, review or approve balance sheet reconciliations and the clearance of reconciling issues via discussion with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Finance Business Partners, In Entity FP&A and other domestic finance team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree (finance, accounting, statistics or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as analyst or as controller in a business environment
  • High level of Financial Accounting skills with a passion to strive for excellence
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP/Oracle & BI tools knowledge, MS Office
  • Demonstrate performance and resolution of problems through achievement and perseverance
  • Effective communication – skilled at finding the best way to ensure the project or issue is understood and being resolved
  • Demonstrated Continuous improvement focus
  • Very good English skills
