We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Consultant to join our Technology Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft PowerApps, VBA, and intermediate proficiency in Python, with a strong passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation and process optimization. As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their unique challenges, design custom solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and automation solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, VBA, and Python.
- Provide technical expertise and consultancy to clients on best practices for application development, data management, and process automation.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of solutions to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to support the deployment and adoption of technology solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology platforms.
You will report to Senior Manager - Special Projects.
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps and VBA for Excel, Access, or other Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python programming language, with the ability to develop scripts and automate tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in technology consulting, application development, or business process automation is a plus.
