We are seeking an SAP EWM Consultant with a focus on Architecture, fluent in English and Polish, with extensive experience in SAP EWM spanning over a decade. SAP EWM Consultant

Your Responsibilities:

  • Second-Line Support: Address and troubleshoot SAP EWM functionalities,
  • Ticket Management: Prioritize and resolve support tickets promptly,
  • User Assistance: Guide users in navigating SAP applications,
  • Documentation: Document support activities and resolutions for future reference,
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve integration issues between SAP EWM and other systems,
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to support documentation development and training materials,
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in testing system changes and updates,
  • Training Participation: Attend sessions to enhance support capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Polish for effective communication,
  • Skilled in SAP ECC and SAP S/4,
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and colleagues,
  • Over 10 years' experience in SAP EWM support and implementation,
  • Experience in RF solutions within SAP EWM,
  • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse management and supply chain operations,
  • Knowledge in SAP EWM configurations, customizations, and module integration,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
  • Preferably certified in SAP EWM.
