Role Overview

As an Initiations Coordinator, you will contribute to the comapny success by supporting the effective input and processing of Initiations into the companies operating systems for a wide portfolio of relocation clients. This role carries responsibility for helping to ensure that the service team conforms to agreed initiations standards, meet Client SLA's, and also internal KPI's for speed, accuracy, and integrity of the data which is entered into a variety of systems.

What You'll Be Doing

· Ensures the correct interpretation of client initiations data and internal documentation (E.G. Client Initiation Instructions (CII) or initiations forms to ensure accuracy in the initiations process across a wide variety of different client profiles and initiations types

· Ensures correct programs, divisions, and data are entered into the relevant systems and services initiated for a number of diverse Client profiles

· Demonstrates a full understanding of the initiations process and is able to effectively query, challenge, and follow up on missing data and communicate effectively to retrieve or audit data which is missing or incorrect.

· Communicates effectively with both internal teams and externally where required, to clearly convey issues, ideas and challenges (example: program or division changes, following up on missing or incomplete data or to resolve IT/Systems challenges) which affect initiations accuracy or productivity.

· Audits the work of self and others as required to ensure that all initiations are entered in an accurate and timely manner, and to correct mistakes and contribute to process excellence of team and department

· Works with members of the team in other regions to ensure effective delivery of service within the 24/7 operating model

· Ensures accurate document uploads for the initiations process into our operating systems

· Additional projects and data entry as required to support internal stakeholders /teams

What You Bring to the company

· Proficient in Microsoft Office environment

· University Degree preferred

· Second Language (an international business language) preferred

· 1+ year in an administrative or business process role, ideally for a large size or international organization

· 2 + years of experience for an international organization (Business Process, BPO, Shared service or other administrative role)

· International working experience that includes voice contact with international customers

· Expatriate management experience or experience working for a relocation or global mobility organization

· Familiarity with in-house operating systems in a complex capacity

· Strong communication skills; strong written & verbal English essential
