Your Key Responsibilities

  • Organization and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports encompassing road, air, sea, CEP shipments
  • Advising shipments in customer portals
  • Shipments notifications for transport forwarders/ or customer's forwarders
  • Organization of Premium Freights
  • Creation of necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports
  • Tracking and tracing of shipments

Your Qualifications

  • English language proficiency enabling business communication (mandatory)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency in Excel (manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage
  • Team player
