Job Details:

Responsibilities:
  1. Research, design, build, test and maintain applications on a business performance management platform
  2. Support the project team in all phases, from design and implementation to testing and deployment
  3. Model application and platform data and architecture to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
  4. Integrate data into the platform from ERP and non-ERP source systems
  5. Code business rules and system configurations to support the business processes
  6. Build a robust change management process that enables frequent releases of high-quality increments
  7. Tenacious problem solver and comfortable making decisions under uncertainty
  8. Actively contribute to team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
  9. Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in implementing EMP/ERP systems such as OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Oracle, Anaplan or TM1
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle
  • Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in optimizing performance and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Knowledge of and experience with Analytical Information Hub development in Tagetik
  • Proven Certified Application Developer level knowledge or equivalent
