Kogo szukamy:

Szukamy osoby, która dołączy do zespołu jednego z naszych klientów jako Data Scientist . Zespół pracuje nad budową i rozwojem modeli Machine Learningowych, analizą danych, walidacją i budowaniem modeli statystycznych.

Na tym stanowisku będziesz:

  • Aktywnie uczestniczyć w cyklu pracy - od zrozumienia biznesowego, poprzez rozwój modelu, aż po industrializację
  • Projektować, budować i utrzymywać modele statystyczne/uczenia maszynowego w celu optymalizacji operacji biznesowych
  • Eksplorować i eksperymentować z innowacyjnymi technikami i podejściami ML, aby zmaksymalizować wartość generowaną przez zespół
  • Przekazywać wyniki modeli i analiz odbiorcom nietechnicznym, w tym interesariuszom i kierownictwu wyższego szczebla

Czego oczekujemy:

  • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego na stanowisku Data Scientist
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości Pythona
  • Praktycznej znajomości SQL, PySpark i Databricks
  • Doświadczenia w stosowaniu koncepcji i metodologii ML
  • Solidnej znajomości technik i algorytmów ML
  • Umiejętności przekształcania wyzwań biznesowych w problemy związane z nauką o danych i odpowiedniego dostosowywania metod i narzędzi ML
  • Znajomości jęz. angielskiego (min. B2)
  • Pracę zdalną
  • Pracę przy projektach z obszaru Machine Learning
  • Możliwość wymiany wiedzy wewnątrz zespołu, w tym nauki nowych narzędzi i technologii
  • Pracę w oparciu o kontrakt B2B
