ServiceNow Consultant

We are in search of a skilled and forward-thinking ServiceNow Specialist (Senior) to join the team of one of our important clients. You will mainly focus on consulting, migration, development, and maintenance within the IT department. As a member of a dynamic Agile team, your role will be full-time and long-term, entirely remote. Your main tasks will involve offering expertise on the ServiceNow platform, grasping client needs, implementing tech solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Start Date: preference for ASAP (maximum 1-month notice period)
• Compensation: PLN net / hour
• Contract Type: B2B (outsourcing through 1dea)
• Full-time remote position
• Long-term commitment

• Initial Review: Our team will assess all applications and shortlist candidates meeting the requirements.
• Phone Screening: Shortlisted individuals will undergo a phone interview to further discuss their skills and experience (30 minutes).
• Qualification Assessment: Our client will conduct a detailed evaluation to determine the suitability of the candidate for the position and their fit with the company (1 hour).
• Introductory Meeting with the Project (Client): Finalists will participate in a thorough interview to explore their competencies and expectations (20 minutes).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & configure ServiceNow modules to enhance professional & managed services (CSM & SPM)
• Transfer ITSM processes to a new Delivery Platform utilizing CSM & SPM
• Create custom workflows, forms & automation for various projects (ServiceNow development tools & scripting)
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow consultancy & solutions
• Provide guidance to team members

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of industry experience | More than 4 years as a ServiceNow Consultant (CSM & SPM)
• Proficient in customizing processes & ServiceNow development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs)
• Skilled in update set management, testing, and deployment
• Competent in ServiceNow ATF & application lifecycle management
• Advanced English proficiency (multilingual setting)
