Reverse Materials Planner

For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: Reverse Materials Planner
Location: Bydgoszcz

ROLE:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize reverse supply chain processes
• Develop and implement strategies to adapt to changing business conditions
• Oversee the planning and procurement of essential materials for repair and refurbishment activities
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure consistent supply
• Design and communicate well-structured delivery plans
• Lead product transition strategies throughout various product life cycles
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders for favorable repair conditions
• Influence external partners to adopt best practices in line with Client's standards
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in supply chain, operations, math/economics, or engineering – nice to have
• Experience in reverse supply chain (repair, refurbishment) – nice to have
• 2+ experience of professional experience in a similar role
• English C1 - advanced knowledge is essential
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and data-driven mindset
• Proficient in adopting and enhancing new systems and processes
• Critical thinking in ambiguous situations
• Analytical skills: time-series modeling, optimization, statistical tools, especially Excel
