Specialist, Accounting Miejsce pracy:

Łódź Your responsibilities Maintaining records:
Branch Invoices;
on the Branch's Assets (including classification).
Posting invoices in accordance with the register (including determining the correct balances of contractors);
Settlement/accounting of business trips/expenses;
Performing accounting activities related to the operational work of the branch;

Preparation of information/internal documents/reports regarding:
about the Branch's Property;
Services provided by the Branch (including debit notes);

Financial reporting to supervisory authorities, including the National Bank of Poland, the Central Statistical Office, and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Implementation, updating and improvement of accounting and tax procedures, optimization of accounting processes;
Performing tasks in accordance with the adopted schedule.
Our requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting or an accounting office;
Practical knowledge of principles of accounting and tax law;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Optional Higher education in accounting and finance;
Knowledge of accounting software;
Experience in the tax area min. VAT, CIT;
Experience in preparing reports;
Prioritizing tasks, accuracy, responsibility and punctuality;
Communicative knowledge of English B2.
