  • Become an expert in monitoring client infrastructure using various consoles.
  • Be the first line of defense, handling customer incidents and requests (via consoles, email, and ticketing systems).
  • Analyze alerts, troubleshoot issues effectively, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
  • Proactively manage case follow-up and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • A strong foundation in IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in shift schedule: We offer a unique 4-day on, 4-day off schedule (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM), providing flexibility and ample time for personal pursuits.
