Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage subsidiary Trial Balances, post journal entries, and perform reconciliations for accuracy.
  • Review and approve accounting records to adhere to IFRS.
  • Serve as a liaison for the local Finance team.
  • Analyze Balance Sheet discrepancies and support monthly reporting.
  • Process accounting adjustments monthly to ensure information accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and local tax regulations for all accounting tasks.
  • Lead financial and accounting projects, including policy implementation and subsidiary integration.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of Finance or Auditing experience in a multinational setting.
  • Fluency in English (B2+) is essential, Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with finance ERP systems, preferably Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning, proposing improvements, and meticulous work ethic.

Additional Information

Location:

Position based in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid role with partial remote work).

Reporting to Anna Piusińska-Wójcik, Accounting Hub Manager.
