Senior Project Manager IT

As Senior Project Manager IT you are part of an interdisciplinary team. You are the lynchpin in the management and implementation of projects in the area of corporate websites, e-commerce and are an experienced contact person when it comes to integrations and interfaces. You are in direct contact with the customers and take over the coordination in the team. As a team, you find solutions for the challenges to be mastered and successfully bring the projects over the finish line.
Your start date: immediately
These will be your tasks
- You will accompany the project throughout the entire life cycle, from strategy and derivation of measures to conception, integration and rollout.
- You will be actively involved in costing, project planning, change request and risk management.
- You create offers, orders, invoice requests and contribute to the monthly project accrual.
- You analyse and monitor the project progress and risks, discuss them in the team and help to find solutions.
- You coordinate the team of permanent and freelance employees and support the induction of new colleagues.
- You conduct regular team and project retrospectives
What you bring with you:
- Professional experience in project management, ideally at least 5 years
- Communication skills as well as empathy and passion for the problems of our customers
- Confident with numbers and conceptual thinking
- Enthusiasm for technological B2B & B2C projects, the digital industry and its challenges
- Know-how and experience with common tools and methods (MS Office, Jira or similar, Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Ideally, a commercial apprenticeship or a similar course of study
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
