What you will do

  • Develop, maintain and monitor innovative credit strategies throughout the customer journey - our goal is to create unique products, so you will need to grasp the overall product objectives, identify relevant data sources, and continuously test and learn to develop strategies
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to automate credit decision-making processes
  • Coordinate with the commercial teams to ensure that credit risk needs are met when developing new offers and introducing new channels or segments
  • Analyze customer profitability to enhance pricing strategies
  • Enhance business performance tracking to identify and monitor existing and emerging risks, incorporating insights to enhance credit strategies

Requirements

Who you are

  • Possess experience in a credit strategy environment and leading an essential analytical function for various credit products like Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, and micro SME lending
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and one of the following programming languages: R, SAS, Python, SQL - daily hands-on coding ability is necessary
  • Hold a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Econometrics
  • Have a profound comprehension of the complete credit lifecycle along with a strong commercial acumen
  • Showcase exceptional analytical skills and the capability to approach challenges from fundamental principles - seeking individuals with solid expertise in analytical credit risk and a willingness to tackle new issues
  • Effective communicator, with a track record of delivering insights and strategies to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
