Job Title: Demand Planner

  • Location: Poznan, Poland / Prague, Czech Republic
  • Reports to: Managing Director Nordics, East EU, Turkey & MEA
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working system

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell: As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for consolidating demand plans and sales estimates from various countries, customers, and channels. Your role is crucial in contributing to the regional demand planning process as part of our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategy. You will be part of an international team with members located across different countries within EMEA.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Demand Planner:

  • Consolidate cluster sales forecast / sales call by segment with commercial, marketing & finance teams
  • Identify and address gaps within segment Demand Plan (DP) and/or financial estimate. Support coordination and prioritization in case of supply constraints. Attend local/regional Demand Agreement Meetings and provide insights on subcluster marketing & sales actions. Focus on New Product Development (NPD) and Promotions. Attend EMEA Executive S&OP reviews. Communicate closely with segment's supply chain lead. Monitor sales attainment vs demand plan. Provide monthly cluster SC KPIs. Develop subcluster E&O process.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in demand or supply planning with end-to-end knowledge of the Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Strong background in managing complex commercial environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
