Our team is on the lookout for a curious Data Scientist specialized in NLP who is passionate about crafting innovative products, tackling complex problems, and enhancing existing features.

About the Product:
This is a tool designed to streamline support tasks for popular CRM systems through machine learning, currently operational.

About the Team:

We have a skilled CTO with a solid Data Science and Machine Learning background, along with a Back-end Developer and a Digital Marketing Specialist.

What We'll Do Together:

  • Enhance and support the current automation solutions;
  • Create new features post thorough understanding of the system's architecture;
  • Collaborate on project strategies and engage in brainstorming sessions with the team.

Requirements:

Your Profile:

  • 2.5+ years of practical experience in Machine Learning (including NLP);
  • Hands-on expertise in model transformations (utilization, re-training, fine-tuning);
  • Familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow;
  • Proficiency in Python, OOP, Rest API (Flask, Celery);
  • Working knowledge of Docker and Docker-compose for efficient containerization and deployment techniques;
  • Strong familiarity with NLP tools and libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, scikit-learn, GenSim;
  • Experience with Seq2Seq models;
  • Thorough grasp of theoretical concepts including Language modeling, Named Entity Recognition, text classification, clustering, topic modeling, embedding, ML metrics.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Complete involvement in Machine Learning projects;
  • Great sense of humor.
