Twoje zadania

  • Wdrażanie i utrzymanie programu przeciwdziałania prania pieniędzy i finansowania terroryzmu (AML/CFT) w zakładzie ubezpieczeń na życie.
  • Realizacja zadań w procesie zarządzania ryzykiem AML, rozwijanie macierzy ryzyka, przeprowadzanie oceny ryzyka instytucji obowiązanej oraz przeprowadzanie kontroli stosowania regulacji i procedur z obszaru AML/CFT.
  • Przeprowadzanie czynności z zakresu KYC, ustalania beneficjentów rzeczywistych i PEP.
  • Współpraca z innymi jednostkami zakładu ubezpieczeń w zakresie zapewnienia zgodności działania instytucji obowiązanej.
  • Monitorowanie list sankcyjnych oraz środków ograniczających w zakładach ubezpieczeń.
  • Przygotowywanie raportów w zakresie okresowej sprawozdawczości dla organów spółki, akcjonariuszy oraz na potrzeby zewnętrznych instytucji.
  • Monitorowanie zmian w otoczeniu prawnym i regulacyjnym.
  • Prowadzanie rejestrów w obszarze odpowiedzialności Biura Compliance.
  • Podnoszenie świadomości pracowników i prowadzenie wewnętrznych działań edukacyjnych.
  • Realizacja innych zadań z obszaru funkcji compliance w procesach realizowanych w zakładzie ubezpieczeń.

  • Wykształcenie wyższe.
  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku (obszar AML/Compliance).
  • Znajomość zagadnień, przepisów prawa oraz standardów z zakresu AML/CFT.
  • Język angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację.
  • Nastawienie na współpracę i poszukiwanie efektywnych rozwiązań.
  • Zdolność analitycznego myślenia.
  • Kreatywność i zdolności koncepcyjne.
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne i budowania relacji.
