Currently, we are excited to open up opportunities for the position of Accounts Receivable – Senior Process Associate – German – Remote PL

Your responsibilities will revolve around invoice and payment processing, workflow management, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Back-office support for Regional Customer Operations and Commercial teams, aiding in data entry during customers' annual inventory audits.
  • Address ad hoc requests from Business groups and local units.
  • Creation and updating of SOPs.
  • Provide necessary data for audit purposes.
  • Meet important metrics and ensure end-user service delivery.
  • Utilize client's tools daily for assigned tasks.

Qualifications we look for

Minimum qualifications

  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP system (Advantage).
  • Detail-oriented with customer focus.
  • Precise and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients via emails and calls.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, capable of independent and team work.
  • Strong communication skills and aptitude for learning.

Preferred qualifications

  • University graduate (Economics studies advantageous).
