Location:
Lviv, Warsaw

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a middle-level role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
Proficiency in industry-standard design, research & collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Notion, Atlassian products, etc.).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience and/or strong understanding of conducting user research, including user interviews and usability testing.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
