We are looking for you, if you:

  • have previous experience in creating visual (graphics, photo, video) and audio (podcasts) content in line with corporate brand guidelines and are able to showcase some examples of your work,
  • have previous experienced with designing and producing visual content for external (social media, website) and internal communication channels (banners for mailings and Intranet pages, graphic designs for Yammer/Viva Engage, office space),
  • have strong visual storytelling skills that enable you to "translate" text messages into high-quality and engaging content,
  • have a good command of English at a level that ensures smooth communication in spoken and written language,
  • are a highly organized person with "hands-on" attitude,
  • are an open-minded, solutions-oriented team player.

English level: C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience in building in-house visual content production capabilities,
  • experience in a large international company (1,000+ employees) operating in technology, risk, compliance, financial crime compliance and/or other highly-specialized areas of business services sector,
  • ability to priorities the key agreed/required deliverables over "nice to have's".

Your responsibilities:

  • design and produce visual and audio content for internal and external communication channels in line with corporate brand guidelines and based of briefs agreed with Communications Team and other stakeholders,
  • serve as subject matter expert who is able to advise on the best visual communication formats for given messages to be communicated,
  • work with a variety of tools and channels (email, intranet, Yammer/Viva Engage, social media, website, events),
  • draft creative briefs for and liaise with external visual content partners if needed
  • help select and then manage visual and audio content creation equipment assigned to Communications Team.
