Junior Product Manager / Młodszy Menadżer do Spraw Produktu (Protection) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Twój zakres obowiązków Wsparcie w zakresie wdrażania nowych produktów oraz modyfikowanie istniejących rozwiązań zgodnie z trendami rynkowymi oraz zapotrzebowaniem rynku, Partnerów i potencjalnych Partnerów – wdrażanie produktów serwisowych i ubezpieczeniowych dedykowanych klientom z segmentu B2B i B2C.
Analiza rynku oraz rozwój oferty produktowej i współtworzenie strategii produktowej – inicjowanie zmian i usprawnień procesów oraz produktów.
Opracowywanie dokumentacji ubezpieczeniowej: regulaminy, OWU, procedury oraz opiniowanie pozostałej dokumentacji (prezentacje, materiały marketingowe) w zakresie produktowym.
Ścisła współpraca z zespołem sprzedażowym oraz projektowym, a także departamentem prawnym i IT.
Nasze wymagania Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: Ubezpieczenia, Finanse, Bankowość, Administracja lub w trakcie studiów.
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
Doświadczenie w projektach ubezpieczeniowych oraz w zakresie tworzenia produktów i dokumentacji ubezpieczeniowej.
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1.
Znajomość procesów biznesowych typowych dla rynku usług i/lub ubezpieczeń.
Znajomość pakietu MS Office.
Umiejętność logicznego myślenia, kreatywność i otwartość w działaniach oraz umiejętność tworzenia optymalnych rozwiązań.
Umiejętność pracy wielotorowej - umiejętność efektywnego prowadzenia kilku projektów jednocześnie oraz dobra organizacja czasu pracy.
Samodzielność i dokładność w codziennej pracy.
Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia.
Umiejętność odnajdywania się w zmiennym, dynamicznym środowisku.
Komunikatywność, kreatywność i innowacyjność.
