We (at RITS) work in the cooperation/partnership model where we see our consultants as clients as well. We work exclusively with this particular client which is a very stable company that has been in existence for over 25 years andhelps the world's leading asset managers, central banks, hedge funds, and other institutional investors access the liquidity they need through a range of electronic marketplaces and trades on average of about 30 trillion dollars A MONTH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with product managers and designers, to coordinating across international development teams on engineering and architecture, to working with our QA and dev ops teams.
  • To deliver a quality, innovative product to the traders and investors who depend on our platform every day.

    • Architecture, implementation, and delivery of new web-based trading UI functionality.
  • Problem solving and debugging skills, especially for production issues.
  • Hosting and participating in code review
  • Working on adding new functionalities (80%) and maintenance of existing code (20%)

REQUIREMENTS:

Must haves:

  • Education: at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science
  • At least 3 years' professional web application development experience
  • Experience with vanilla. js
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Effective communication skills to work with different teams across an international company
  • Automated unit testing and test-driven development

    • Broad knowledge of web platform and technologies
  • Robust understanding of performance issues, computational complexity, and code optimization.
  • Familiarity and implementation of industry-standard algorithms and design patterns
  • Proactive and team player who can deliver in a high-pressure demanding environment
  • Interest in UX and UI design implementation
  • Interest in DevOps and tooling

Salary range:28-35K PLN/Month on B2B+VAT (negotiable) depending on the experience, and technical testing

Polish working hours (flexible), 100% remote job

A generous budget for materials and hardware that would make you happy to do your job; such as a standing desk, laptop, monitors, WeWork-type workspace, etc.

Integration Trips to NY/London/Warsaw several times a year for 3-4 days (non-mandatory, expenses covered)
