Our team is part of Strategic AI Initiatives, exploring new areas in the healthcare market. Currently, we are focused on various cutting-edge AI projects.

One significant project in progress is our AI Assistant, a promising early-stage product. The aim is to assist medical professionals in delivering more personalized care during consultations. Our objective is to minimize technology distractions, enhance workflows, and cultivate a compassionate patient experience through the utilization of the AI Assistant, leveraging technologies like Speech Recognition and LLM Models.

How your role contributes to our mission:

  • Deployment of custom/pre-trained machine learning models for production.
  • Implementation of ML/LLM-based solutions at scale and performing evaluations.
  • Validation, monitoring, and support of models & environment within a production setup.
  • Observation of data characteristic changes in production.
  • Selection of optimal parameters for inference and inference optimization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Growth mindset: Continual learning is highly valued.
  • Focus on delivering value to end users with a broad perspective.
  • Minimum 4 years of expertise in Machine Learning, including model deployment.
  • Proficiency in API development, GPU-focused training, and inference.
  • Strong command of Python and familiarity with Bash.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, big data technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms for Machine Learning.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to convey complex concepts efficiently.

  • Experience with audio data and speech recognition models.
