TM1 Administrator Miejsce pracy:

Warszawa Technologies we use Expected TM1 Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Act as liaison between Bacardi Enterprise Service (Bacardi shared service), third-party support consultants and the Finance community.

Lead cross functional business meetings to assist our customers in the usage of our financial systems.

Provide advice to the business on the usage of our platforms and enhancement of processes.

Load and maintain accurate financial data in our financial platforms.

Conduct solution testing and implementation when needed.

Manage chore schedules for budget and Latest Estimates (LE) related tasks.

Handle forecasts for depletion, data loading and validations.

Prepare and validate reporting data and dashboards.

Provide support for planning and budgeting activities.

Review and manage data integrity, classifications, and status.

Handle specific regional and specialized tasks as required.

Our requirements Experience in systems integration like IBM Cognos TM1 and SAP solutions.

Ability to effectively communicate across teams at all levels and business contexts.

Commitment to excellence with a passion for driving transformation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to multiple projects and strict deadlines.

Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities, organizational and prioritization skills.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams.

Strong communication skills:

About the role Your Opportunity Within this role as a TM1 Administrator, Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financial data in our platforms to support planning and budgeting activities, review data integrity and provide solutions for ad-hoc requests when necessary.

About You As a part of the BES family, you will bring your wealth of experience in Finance and Technology solutions and be able to navigate a multicultural environment with team members in various locations.

Communication and interpersonal skills are key within Bacardi Enterprise Services Organization and is deemed as fundamental when building a partnership with the Finance function across the globe.
