As part of a global team, you play a key role in implementing and maintaining the Quality Agenda at Mondelēz International.

How you will contribute

  • Manage and compile global KPI and Metric reporting for the Quality function, ensuring timely delivery of key reports and data transfer, including annual target setting.
  • Support the integration of Quality data in enterprise reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide data analysis expertise to Regional, BU, and Plant teams to support continuous improvement and CAPA across the Supply Chain.
  • Be a crucial member of Communities of Practice, offering analysis and insights to drive Quality improvement.
  • Support the development of the Quality Data model structure and integration across the Mondelez International product lifecycle.

Education / Certifications:

Any qualifications and courses related to data analytics or management will be advantageous.

Job specific requirements:

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau would be beneficial.
  • Understanding and experience of the Mondelez International Quality Chain Management System.

Travel requirements:

Occasional travel for team and project meetings.

Work schedule:

Follows MDLZ office schedule. No relocation support available.
