To support our Corporate Creative team, we are seeking a Graphic Designer based in our Warsaw office, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, layout finishing, video, and animation, joining us at the nearest chance.

How you will make a difference:
  • You will be part of our multidisciplinary design team and engage in projects targeting our global, EMEA, US, and APAC markets.
  • You will assist in creating and finalizing layouts for campaigns, events, trade fairs, HR, recruitment, office supplies, and merchandise requests.
  • You will collaboratively edit and refine layout documents for digital or pre-press preparation across various media and platforms utilizing our design templates.
  • You will create and modify videos and animations in alignment with our brand guidelines and under the guidance of your team leader.
  • You will aid the team in implementing and revising blog articles, contributing diverse social media formats to our associated marketing teams.
  • You will engage in image research, editing, and retouching tasks.
  • You will maintain and update corporate design templates in close collaboration with our team leaders, as well as assist in daily projects managed through a ticket system and customize requested media via our brand portal.
  • You will play a crucial role in a globally operating team, leveraging your creativity, experience, and expertise for the measurable success of global and local media campaigns and industry initiatives.


Your qualifications:
  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a media designer or hold a degree in communication design. You possess at least one to two years of professional experience in an agency or company.
  • You have proficient knowledge of Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and ideally, skills in audio editing and Figma.
  • You are well-versed in all current MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You have a solid grasp of English at a minimum B2 level, both in written and spoken forms.
  • You exhibit a strong passion for corporate design and comprehend the significance of consistent branding work.
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, extensive expertise in video editing, production, animation, processing social media formats, and pre-press.
  • You quickly adapt to workflow management and recognize your role within a team on complex projects, assisting the entire team in achieving tangible success.
  • Your work approach is organized, seasoned in standard work procedures, and independent.
  • You pay meticulous attention to detail even under time constraints.
  • Your excellent time management and organizational skills are inherent in your professional work.
