Your responsibilities:

  • Performing 2nd level support within Integration area using various systems employed by DSV.
  • Providing support to project teams and customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Managing system technical documentation, knowledge database, and written instructions.
  • Sharing knowledge and offering support to project teams, external & internal customers, and operational teams within the organization.
  • Monitoring customer orders and organizational integration systems daily.
  • Engaging in incident-driven problem-solving and identifying root causes.
Our requirements:
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Practical knowledge of data exchange communication protocols such as: FTP, FTPs, sFTP, HTTP, HTTPs, MQ.
  • Experience with SQL queries for data analysis, extraction, and system checks.
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, IT basics, and Active Directory understanding).
  • Understanding of MS Windows server environment, including active directory services.
  • Basic familiarity with Unix systems.
  • Experience with XML file formats and common electronic data exchange protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Biztalk or IBM App Connect environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of C# programming language basics or similar.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and service-driven attitude.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • Background in development (Python, PHP, Laravel, React, SQL, Selenium).
