Are you ready for the next level of your gaming adventure? We are looking for a Game Designer to work with us on our biggest product - Fishing Clash

What will you be doing?
  • Take the direction from the Product Owner and flesh out the implementation details with the team by breaking specifications into actionable work items;
  • Draw up new ways of monetization and optimizing revenue together with gameplay systems balancing;
  • Identify the interdepartmental requirements that should be part of the teams' backlog of work;
  • Help to define the KPI tracking requirements as part of a feature definition;
  • Work with Producer to establish release plans and task tracking is accurate;
  • Work directly with the team during implementation to answer questions and fine-tune the features, provide initial acceptance;
  • Systematically analyse products, the game industry, the market, and monitor the competition.
What are we looking for?
  • A true passion for games and a deep understanding of the market;
  • Google Sheets/Excel knowledge (basic scripts are nice to have);
  • A knack for deconstructing and benchmarking the market;
  • Ability to work in Agile teams;
  • Great communication skills and comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical colleagues;
  • At least 1-2 years of commercial experience in a similar position.
