The Institute of Scandinavian and Finnish Studies is seeking a specialist in Norwegian language and culture whose research and teaching interests also include Norwegian translation studies. A fluent command of Norwegian (C2 level), a fluent command of Polish (native speaker level), and English skills at minimum B2 level are required. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Norwegian Philology (or a related field), a Ph.D. in the Humanities, and have university-level teaching experience. Additional advantages include skills in teaching public speaking.

Job description: conducting classes in Norwegian language and literature, Norwegian translation studies, practical Norwegian language instruction; supervising thesis seminars; ongoing administrative and organizational tasks.
