Responsibilities:

  • Continuously fixing system failures and enhancing performance
  • Supporting IT users and troubleshooting their issues
  • Solving incidents and application problems
  • Analyzing requirements and suggesting technical solutions
  • Installing, configuring, and testing new solutions based on business needs
  • Updating system components to prevent outages
  • Ensuring security through access controls and firewalls
  • Building technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in Service Operation and Systems administration
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting applications and database issues
  • Experience in administering applications in Windows Server and Linux environments
  • Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle database administration
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Cisco, Juniper, and Oracle
  • English and Polish language skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to identify and solve IT application/system problems
  • Analytical thinking skills with a proactive approach to technical solutions
