About Us

Since 2023, ESKK has been part of the Dutch family company Schouten & Nelissen, offering top-notch education, training, and coaching alongside innovative technical SaaS solutions. Our mission is to empower people and organizations. We're launching an exciting e-learning platform for the B2C and B2B market and need an operational Marketing Manager to lead this launch and grow the proposition while managing a small, effective team.

What your day looks like

Together you start the day off with the ESKK team of 11 in our brand new office in Poznan. You'll have a strategic session together with the Managing Director about the marketing plans and the current status updates on the running projects. You'll liaise with the international stakeholders from the teams in the Netherlands. Next to that, you ensure the execution of the campaigns are done properly together with the team of internal and external specialists. You like to be hands-on in creating and running the campaigns yourself and create a significant impact.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Align strategies with company goals and target audience, analyzing market trends and competition.
  2. Manage Budgets: Allocate resources wisely to maximize ROI and achieve objectives.
  3. Analyze Performance: Use metrics and analytics tools to track, analyze, and improve marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage Campaigns: Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
  5. Brand Management: Maintain consistent branding and develop brand guidelines.
  6. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract prospective students or clients and organize promotional activities.
  7. Digital Marketing: Oversee efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  8. Content Creation: Coordinate creation of marketing collateral to communicate value and engage audiences.
  9. Market Research: Conduct research to identify target markets and refine strategies.
  10. Collaborate: Work with admissions, academic, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


What you bring

  • A master's degree from Marketing or Economy
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in marketing roles, preferably in managerial positions, and in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, independent thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative international team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent in Polish and English in speaking and writing, including business matters
