Required Skills:
Strong knowledge and Hands-on in IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) tool and its related concepts and troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge of SAP HANA DB, Oracle DB and SQL DB Backup and Configuration. Configured LAN free clients and good at troubleshooting of LAN free backup failures. Support L3 SMEs in Backup Software Upgrades. Work on Backup and Restore service requests. Good Knowledge of ISP Monitoring and Reporting Tools. Possess a good knowledge in tape library and tape drive concepts and troubleshooting. ITIL Certification preferred. Good on documentation and presentation skills.
