WHAT WE OFFER

JOIN OUR TEAM

We are in search of a customer-centric individual to join us as a Platform Operations Representative. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer support, handling sports data-related tickets. If you possess a passion for sports, problem-solving skills, and high motivation, become a key member of our platform operations team.

YOUR DUTIES
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction with our sports data services.
  • Enhance our sports data software with up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Keep customers informed and gather details to resolve their queries.
  • Utilize customer feedback for product enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of sports data trends and adapt to new support tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Passion for sports and understanding of sports data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer queries concurrently.
  • Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Prior experience in customer support, operations, or trading within a B2B sports betting provider.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk or Jira, as well as CRM tools.
