Join Amazon as an Area/Shift Manager and lead a large and diverse team to keep pace with demand. Get hands-on experience in global operations, driving productivity and collaborating with colleagues to tackle challenges.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions for quality and productivity
  • Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with managers to standardise shift processes

A day in the life:

Work shifts at operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards, ensuring process efficiency, and managing daily operational tasks. Partner with colleagues and external teams to meet customer demands.


About the team:

The Customer Fulfilment (CF) team at Amazon is the foundation of the business, handling millions of daily orders. They drive diversification, innovation, and quick, affordable deliveries through emerging technology.


We're based in Fulfilment Centres, the 'First Mile' of Amazon's network, managing inventory and facilitating fast deliveries. Opportunities exist for various skillsets, from handling physical products to data analysis.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
  • Relevant data analysis experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

No required qualifications beyond the basics. Experience in stakeholder communication, logistics, and MS Office is a plus.
