The Privileged Access Management Engineer plays a vital role in supervising FDT's Privileged Access Management services and solutions with CyberArk as the primary application. This position focuses on meeting customer requirements by utilizing technological advancements to provide an integrated privileged access experience within the Fresenius environment.
This position involves understanding customer needs, translating them into technical functions, and utilizing expertise in technology to operate and support services based on CyberArk. The PAM Engineer will enhance and expand services under the guidance of the Privileged Access Management architect.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administering global Privileged Access Management services (PAM) utilizing CyberArk CorePAS, Alero, and Application Access Management along with third-party systems
- Handling requests for connecting new target systems, onboarding accounts, and enabling user mass enablement
- Preparing and implementing upcoming changes in CyberArk's on-premise infrastructure and implemented capabilities
- Participating in relevant customer working groups to identify business needs and communicate upcoming changes in alignment with the Privileged Access Management architect
- Implementing approved changes to Privileged Access Management services in coordination with the Privileged Access Management architect
- Identifying and implementing PAM improvement measures in collaboration with the PAM architect
- Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and policies
- Providing user training, supporting key user communities and preparing user communication
- Assisting with 2nd and 3rd level incident and problem tickets and coordinating 3rd level incident tickets with third-party providers
- Developing personal skills, training support staff on new features, and maintaining current documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience in operating PAM services
- Solid knowledge of modern PAM solutions, such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk capabilities and integration with target systems
- A thorough understanding of customer requirements
- Strong networking skills
- Basic project management abilities
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell
- Familiarity with User Directory (AD, LDAP)
- Experience with REST APIs
- Certifications
