We are looking for a highly proficient SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will take part in the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules, focusing on production controlling and overhead cost controlling. This role requires extensive technical expertise, methodological knowledge, and exceptional soft skills.

Join us in this central position within Global IT, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to empower our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements related to controlling processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA configuration and functionality.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare WRICEF documents.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules based on blueprint.
  • Create technical specifications for both backend and frontend developments.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure the functionality and integrity of FI-CO processes.
  • Plan and deliver effective key-user training sessions on SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA FI-CO configuration.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to project managers and implementation teams

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in the SAP environment, focusing on production controlling and overhead cost controlling.
  • Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI.
  • Minimum 3 completed full-cycle projects for international companies in an expert role.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO functionalities, configuration, and integration.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Proficiency in operating S/4HANA via FIORI interfaces.
  • Strong cross-functional experience with FI/PP/SD/MM modules.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Track record in providing training and support to key-users and SAP team members.
  • Knowledge of ABAP/HANA for enhancements.
  • Methodological expertise in product costing, overhead accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance.
  • International business experience, adaptability to diverse business practices.
  • Experience with integrated analytic reporting in S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology understanding, background in fashion or retail processes.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Quality and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
