UAT Test Coordinator

Overview

  • Coordinate a team of at least 5 testers to complete UAT testing on schedule by assigning tasks and setting priorities
  • Lead documentation, requirements analysis, design, and implementation of test strategy and plans for designated testing items

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate testing activities for designated items including test initiation, script preparation, defining entry and exit criteria, verifying them, test execution, progress reporting, and test closure
  • Review or create test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected outcomes
  • Conduct manual & automated tests using test scripts based on UAT plans/approach
  • Utilize UAT metrics to oversee test execution and communicate with stakeholders
  • Provide updates on execution progress (Daily Status Reports, Entry Criteria check, HP ALM updates)
  • Notify GATE management, Project Manager, or Requestor of any issues that might affect timely delivery or product quality
  • Extensive testing experience (including data flows), particularly in AML
  • Familiarity with VBA scripting, UFT, relational databases, SQL, Oracle

Required Skills:

  • Extensive testing experience (including data flows), preferably in AML
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial institutions and understanding of banking products

HP ALM (mandatory) or other tools like Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
