About the Role:

We are excited to offer a Senior Project Manager position within our 'GSS Ahead' program at DNV, focusing on optimizing Order to Cash processes. This role plays a crucial part in shaping future processes and driving transformative changes.

You will directly report to the Digitalization and Development Director within GSS.

Location: Gdynia, Pune & Høvik

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash Project under the GSS Ahead initiative
  • Analyze current O2C processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices for improved efficiency
  • Initiate continuous improvement efforts to automate tasks and boost overall productivity
  • Engage with top-performing O2C companies for learning opportunities through personal contacts or the DNV network
  • Act as the main liaison for Business Areas regarding O2C matters, providing updates to the GSS Finance Leadership Team
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owner for Accounts Receivable and Heads of Sections from our Global Centers

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, specifically in O2C processes within a Shared Services environment
  • Proven success in driving process enhancements, managing complex projects, and delivering results within set timelines and budgets
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business demands
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a minimum C1 level
