Do Twoich zadań będzie należało

· kierowanie kiluosobowym zespołem stałym plus zarządzanie strukturą rozproszoną tj. freelancerzy

· nadzorowanie i zarządzanie codziennymi operacjami Działu Event

· dopasowywanie zespołów projektowych w obszarze działu realizacji

· współpraca w ramach grup projektowych oraz w działach w ramach agencji

· zwiększanie efektywności projektów eventowych

· poszerzanie kompetencji merytorycznych wśród event managerów

· tworzenie strategii wydarzeń

· koordynowanie projektów

· planowanie budżetu ( opracowywanie i zarządzenie oraz monitorowanie kosztów)

· negocjowanie z dostawcami

· budowanie i utrzymywanie ralacji z kluczowymi klientami

U kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na

· minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w agencjach eventowych na stanowiskach menedżerskich

· znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym

· dogłębna znajomość branży eventowej, obowiązujących trendów, technologii i nowości

· doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem oraz umiejętność efektywnego delegowania zadań

· kreatywność

· umiejętość skutecznego negocjowania warunków z dostawcami

· dbałość o detale

· odporność na stres

· precyzja i skrupulatność w planowaniu i organizacji
