Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej firmy zlokalizowanej m.in. w Myślenicach, poszukujemy osoby, która dołączy na stanowisko SAP FI Business Key Usera.

Osoba, która obejmie stanowisko SAP FI Business Key Usera, będzie pierwszym punktem kontaktu dla lokalnych użytkowników systemu SAP ECC oraz innych aplikacji księgowych (głównie dedykowanych do polskiej księgowości). Poszukujemy osoby do pracy stacjonarnej w biurze w Myślenicach.

Obowiązki:

- Bieżące wsparcie użytkowników końcowych systemów informatycznych

- Koordynacja pomiędzy użytkownikami końcowymi, a Działem IT

- Definiowanie modyfikacji i specyfikacji programów, schematów blokowych dla bieżących / nowych procesów i wdrożeń, testowanie, usuwanie błędów oraz zwalnianie modyfikacji do pracy w środowisku produkcyjnym

- Parametryzacja, dokumentacja i kontrola programów

- Przygotowanie materiałów szkoleniowych i szkoleń dla użytkowników

- Rozwój systemu wraz z testami akceptacyjnymi nowe rozwiązania

- Opracowywanie raportów i dokumentacji

- Zarządzanie projektami i wsparcie cyklu życia oprogramowania - pierwszy kontakt w przypadku problemów z oprogramowaniem

- Aktywny udział w projektach informatycznych

- Zarządzanie i weryfikacja danych podstawowych w środowiskach informatycznych (SAP i inne)

Wymagania

- Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu finansów, rachunkowości

- Znajomość procesów biznesowych, ich architektury oraz umiejętność oceny wpływu rozwiązań na całościowe działanie modelu biznesowego

- Mile widziana rozszerzona wiedza z zakresu IT oraz doświadczenie we wdrażaniu systemu SAP ERP, w szczególności modułu FI

- Umiejętność stosowania rozwiązań/systemów wspomagających pracę Działu Księgowości / Finansów

- Umiejętność zarządzania projektami / wdrożeniami systemów informatycznych

- Umiejętność pracy w zespole

- Komunikatywność i otwartość

- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
