Senior Jira Technical Consultant

In Cyclad, we partner with leading international IT organizations to enhance their capabilities in delivering innovative technologies that shape the future world.

Our client, a forefront player in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, is seeking a skilled Senior JIRA Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing technical support to end users, implementing configuration changes according to policies, and standards.


Project Information:

  • Location: Remote
  • Type of Employment: B2B or contract

Your Daily Tasks:

  • Work as a Jira admin, collaborating with architects, leads, and engaging with users/stakeholders
  • Support automated/bulk updates, data migration, customizations, and integration with other tools
  • Manage incident requests, meet defined SLAs and KPIs


Requirements:
  • Experience with Jira Data Center or Server configuration for a large user base
  • Proficient in setting up and administering Confluence platform
  • Skills in utilizing plugins and integrations with Jira and Confluence
  • Support project and space migration in Jira and Confluence
  • Basic knowledge of Scrum and Scaled Agile
  • Data analysis and consultancy skills
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams
