Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Project Manager manages and controls the commercial performance of Long Term Maintenance Contracts for Offshore Wind Farms. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing financial results according to set targets with professional care
  2. Optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments
  3. Ensuring accuracy of project books and records, including recording in appropriate systems like SAP
  4. Managing Project Reporting and Controlling activities
  5. Compiling annual budgets and financial forecasts
  6. Communicating with customer's commercial representatives
  7. Proactively setting up contract and claim management
  8. Identifying, evaluating, and assessing risks and opportunities
  9. Selecting and involving partners/subcontractors
  10. Representing the project in decision boards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with multiple years of work experience
  • Multiple years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in commercial project management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, together with SAP
  • Ability to work independently, organized, and great communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on mindset and desire to work proactively
  • Analytical mindset and fluency in English
