Obowiązki:
  • Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem wewnętrznych procesów i procedur oraz ich ciągłe doskonalenie,
  • Praca z systemu MRP,
  • Odpowiedzialność za realizację celów zawartych w KPI,
  • Odpowiedzialność za zarządzanie powierzonym zespołem,
  • Wspieranie członków zespołu w wyznaczaniu celów i ich ocenie,
  • Odpowiedzialność za rekrutację i adaptację członków zespołu, ustalanie działań i priorytetów,
  • Odpowiedzialność za regularne raportowanie wyników i administrację związaną z funkcjonowaniem działu
  • Ciągłe doskonalenie działań poprzez procesy zarządzania zmianami,
  • Współpraca w zakresie logistyki zewnętrznej,
  • Ustalanie budżetu i kontrola kosztów działu,
  • Optymalizacja zapasów,
  • Współpraca w zakresie spełniania oczekiwań i wymagań klientów,
Wymagania:
  • Wykształcenie wyższe - licencjat/magister zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw lubpokrewnej dziedzinie,
  • Kilkuletnie doświadczenia na stanowisku związanym z gospodarką materiałową,obszary planowania, logistyki i łańcucha dostaw, preferowane w branży motoryzacyjnej,
  • Znajomość SAP w zakresie logistyki i materiałów,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office i Windows,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • Umiejętności organizacyjne, zarządzanie czasem, ustalanie priorytetów obowiązków i planowanie,
  • Umiejętności kierownicze,
  • Umiejętności zarządzania zespołem,
  • Odporność na stres,
  • Koncentracja na kliencie i zorientowanie na wyniki.
