Plant Controller

Our Client is an international manufacturing company which invested in greenfield project in Silesia.

• Developing internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities
• Ensuring invoices are properly approved and coded in the general ledger
• Ensuring that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner and ensure that all reasonable discounts are given
• Ensuring that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.
• Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system and controls over accounting transactions
• Issuing timely and complete financial statements Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Recommending benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
• Creating budgets and forecasts
• Creating reports that help senior leadership understand company financials
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Providing system of management cost reports

• BS degree as an Accountant, Finance, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience as Accounting Manager or similar role
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Working knowledge and understanding of a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPointProven
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
• Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking
• Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and Finance functions
• Knowledge of federal regulation on taxes and reporting
• Good analytical problem-solving ability
• Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
