Role:

As an On-Demand Consultant at Splunk, you play a key role in providing top-notch solutions for customers, tackling their toughest challenges, and ensuring their success. Splunkers are driven individuals who love to learn about cutting-edge technologies and thrive in a dynamic environment. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers effectively utilize our Platform. Are you ready for the challenge?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic case-based delivery for On-Demand, focusing on Splunk Core/Cloud, Enterprise Security/UBA, SOAR/Phantom, ITOps, DevOps.
  • Handle daily On-Demand requests, ensuring customer satisfaction through alignment, outstanding outcomes, documentation, and high satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer needs, drive service adoption, and contribute to key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in technical consulting and big-data analytics.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, scripting languages, databases, and tools.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux systems.
  • Expertise in Splunk, including administration, implementation, and Cloud experience.
  • Understanding of concepts like SAML, REST, and Application Instrumentation.
Soft Skills
  • Ability to be a trusted technical advisor, with excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-facing soft skills, instilling confidence and guiding towards resolution.
