Job Title: Technological Engineer in Adhesive Processes

• Creating and updating technological documentation related to the production process in the area of adhesive bonding (procedures, instructions);
• Supervising the course of the technological adhesive bonding process according to the developed technological documentation;
• Actively participating in the launch processes of new production machinery and equipment, as well as changes in current bonding processes;
• Organizing and coordinating all technological trials, including conducting preliminary tests for new materials (creating samples, basic verification of connections);
• Collaborating with research units in Poland and abroad in conducting technological trials;
• Resolving technological and quality problems related to the bonding process and preparing project cost estimates;
• Optimizing technological processes, implementing and developing new solutions in the field of adhesive bonding;
• Building knowledge within the organization regarding the bonding area, including internal training for executive staff on operating adhesive devices and adhesion promoters;
• Supporting services in analyzing issues and complaints in the adhesive bonding area;
• Providing technical opinions to the Purchasing Department on new adhesive suppliers;
• Conducting internal audits of special processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education in chemical technology or materials engineering;
• Experience in a related position;
• Knowledge of DIN 2304 standard;
• Experience working with polyurethane adhesives;
• Excellent ability to read technical drawings;
• Fluency in English;
• Resourcefulness and innovation;
• Willingness to work on-site and occasional business trips;
• Driver's license category B.
