The IT company Andersen is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join their team and collaborate with a UK-based company. The customer is a next-generation global payment ecosystem with a mission to revolutionize money transfers worldwide, offering diverse payment methods for online SMEs.

The project aims to use the customer's advanced technology to deliver fast, secure, and cost-effective payment solutions globally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with software installations and configurations.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Intermediate level of English or higher.
