Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service to Amazon's Selling Partners? At Amazon, we are dedicated to ensuring the success of our Sellers.
The seller growth team develops strategies to onboard new Sellers and enhance the performance of existing ones by encouraging uptake of relevant Amazon products and services.
We offer comprehensive support to new Sellers from their initial launch on Amazon, addressing any obstacles and equipping them for success through a variety of programs and tools.
In a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment, the ideal candidate will need to operate independently, driving new business growth and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and manage Sellers, advocating for their needs at Amazon
- Boost Sellers' business growth by expanding their product selection and capitalizing on key business opportunities
- Lead improvement projects, launch new products, and extend relationships by collaborating with business development and onboarding teams
- Collaborate with Sellers to enhance operational aspects and ensure a top-notch consumer experience
- Identify potential partners, convey the value proposition, and establish enduring partnerships
- Monitor and report performance using relevant metrics
We are looking for candidates who can work from either of the following locations:
Warsaw, POL
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in English and Polish (verbal & written)
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in Excel and database analysis, with a track record of problem-solving
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness
- Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solver with a focus on operational excellence
- Background in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media
- Experience in account management, marketing, procurement, or customer service
- Prior involvement in retail or technology/e-commerce is advantageous
